System BIOS is seeing all the memory including eFetcher memory and Windows does not

Please
follow the steps listed below to solve this problem.
- Please click on Start button and select Run.
- Please type: MSCONFIG and click OK.
- Please select advanced tab.
- Please uncheck the check mark that reads: limit memory
to ______ MB
- Please click OK to save new settings
